He was born on September 26, 1990 in Baku.

Education

In 2008–2012, bachelor's degree in Regulation of the Economy at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

In 2013–2015, he graduated with honors from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, majoring in Electronic Management.

From 2017 to 2021, he pursued doctoral studies in Field Economics at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, successfully defending his dissertation in 2023.

In 2024, the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan awarded him the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.).

Labor activity

From 2013 to 2024, he held various positions in the Sales, Operations and Reinsurance, and Business Development departments at Xalq Sigorta OJSC.

Since October 2024, he has been working as a leading consultant in the Strategic planning division of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

Scientific and Pedagogical Activity

He is the author of over 20 scientific works published in local and international journals.

In 2018–2019, he taught Risks and Insurance in the Sphere of Tourism and Services at the Business School faculty of Western Caspian University.

From 2018 to 2020, he taught Insurance at the Faculty of Business and Economics at Azerbaijan University.

In 2022–2023, he taught Business Continuity Risks and Insurance in the MBA program at Azerbaijan Technical University.

In 2023–2024, he taught Business Continuity Risks and Insurance in the MBA program at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Since 2020, he has continued his teaching activities at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and as of September 2024, he also teaches at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and Western Caspian University.

In 2023, after successfully completing the modules Internal Quality Assurance Mechanisms, External Quality Assurance Mechanisms, and Assessment Criteria for Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions, he was added to the list of experts in the expert bank of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education.

He holds the international certification Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPOI).

He is proficient in Azerbaijani, English, and Turkish.
