He was born on 5 February, 1981 in Baku.

Education

In 1998-2002, bachelor's degree in International economic relations at the Baku Business University.

In 2002-2004 master's degree in International economic relations at the Baku Business University.

In 2005-2008, he got a Ph.D of the Economic Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2011, he defended his Ph.D degree in economics.

Pedagogical activity

In 2008-2015,  teacher at the "Economic theory" department of Baku Business University.

He is author of more than 15 scientific and journalistic articles and theses published in local and international press.

Labor activity

In 2008-2017, he worked as a senior specialist, head of department and deputy director at the Economic Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan

In 2017-2022, deputy director in the Department of Regional Development and State Programs of the Ministry of Economy.

In 2022-2023, senior researcher at the Economic Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since 2023, he has been working as the Sector director of the Monitoring of sectoral programs at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

He is fluent in Azerbaijani, Turkish, English and Russian.
