He was born on July 1, 1980 in Nebitdagh, Republic of Turkmenistan.

Education

In 1998-2002, bachelor's degree in Journalism at Baku State University,

In 2002-2004 master's degree in İnternational journalism at Baku State University.

Pedagogical activity

In 2006-2009, he studied at the Sociology Department of the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, defended his scientific work on the topic "Formation of the information society in Azerbaijan: problems and development prospects", and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology.

Labor Activity

In 2004-2006, he was a reporter in “Zaman-Azərbaycan” newspaper,

In 2006-2009, he was a postgraduate student at the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of ANAS,

In 2010-2012, the Head of the Policy and Information Department of “Zaman-Azərbaycan” newspaper (at the same time, a special reporter accredited to the Presidential Administration and The Milli Majlis)

In 2013-2014, reporter of the News Department at "Xəzər TV" LLC,

In 2014-2023, he was the editor-in-chief of the News Department at "Xəzər TV" LLC.

Since 2023, he has been working as a chief advisor of Public Relations Division of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He knows Azerbaijani and English languages.

He is married and has 3 children.
