Additionally, the book discusses "Innovatics" as a separate field of study, explains the role of startups in economic progress and development perspectives, and explores the possibilities for startups to ensure technological advancement. Furthermore, the book establishes external country models regarding globalization, economic growth, competitiveness, and the role of innovation and startups in general development. It conducts comparisons among these models and analyzes institutional issues, current situation, and prospects of the startup ecosystem formation in Azerbaijan.
