Appeal of the Centre for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication

The Board of Appeals of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a collegial body functioning on a public (free of charge) basis to review appeals of physical and legal persons against decisions, other actions or inactions of the Center, its structural units and other subordinate bodies.

Complaints (non-recurring complaints) received directly by the Board of Appeals without consideration by the relevant structural unit, structural bodies and other subordinate bodies of the Center, as well as appeals related to corruption offenses will be sent appropriately for consideration. Only entrepreneurs and their legal representatives are allowed to file a complaint with the Board of Appeals, and these complaints should be related only to entrepreneurial activity, as well as their own entrepreneurial activity.
