The first meeting on simplifying air transportation formalities was held at CAERC
The first meeting on the formation of an indicator table with the main implementing agencies on the implementation of the “State Program on Simplification of Air Transport Formalities” approved by the Order of President Ilham Aliyev was held at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
At the meeting, Ayaz Museyibov, Deputy Executive Director of the Center, presented the Center’s activities on monitoring and evaluating about 20 state programs and strategies, and provided detailed information on the tasks based on the relevant Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the implementation of the aforementioned State Program, the steps to be taken, and the digital platform.
At the meeting, CAERC demonstrated a model form to the main implementing agencies for the formation of an indicator table under the Action Plan of the State Program. At the same time, the organization of the implementation process in the direction of indicative planning, coordination issues, future work to be done, upcoming tasks, and the process of creating the Module as stipulated in the Order, as well as measures intended to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the State Program, were discussed.
The meeting included discussions with representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Airlines Closed Joint-Stock Company, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
