“Azexport Talks”: Factors influencing business development discussed
The latest meeting of the Azexport Talks project, organized by the Azexport Portal under the CAERC, was held recently. The guest of this session was Hikmet Aliyev, a business development consultant. Mr. Aliyev emphasized that, in order to succeed in the modern business environment, entrepreneurs should stay abreast of current trends, embrace digital transformation, and expand the use of innovative solutions. He further noted that entrepreneurs must have a comprehensive understanding of their business operations and remain aware of developments across all areas to anticipate potential challenges and take proactive measures.
During the meeting, the challenges faced by a company operating in the furniture production sector were simulated and discussed in a question-and-answer format. Participants' responses were reviewed and analyzed by industry experts.
The session was moderated by Aykhan Gadashov, Head of the Azexport Portal, who highlighted that such training sessions contribute significantly to the education and professional development of entrepreneurs and young people. Although Azexport Talks is a relatively new initiative, three productive meetings covering diverse topics have already been held. Discussions are set to continue in the coming weeks, featuring experts from various fields.
