Webinar on "Competitive advantage of GS1 standards and improving the export capacity of SMEs" has been held on 20 December 2021. The meeting took place with the initiative of Small and Medium Business Development Agency and USAID Private Sector Development Project, with the technical support of the One-Stop-Shop Export Support Center and GS 1 Azerbaijan LLC.
The purpose of the webinar was to familiarize entrepreneurs working in the field of export in Azerbaijan with the technical requirements for imported products of the world market: GTIN – Global Trade Item Number, GLN – Global Location Number and SSCC – Serial Shipping Container Code coding requirements and purchase procedures, also discussion with government agencies on the application of GS1 standards.
Entrepreneurs' questions were answered during the seminar.
