Training on the "Project Management" module has started at the CAERC
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has organized a series of training sessions focused on the rules for utilizing a newly developed module aimed at improving the efficiency and centralization of monitoring and evaluation processes for projects outlined in State Programs.
Gultaj Ahmadzadeh-Tapdigzadeh, a representative of CAERC's Monitoring and Evaluation Division, provided comprehensive information to participants regarding the functionality of the "Project Management" module, the process of entering data into the system, and the generation of accountability reports.
These training sessions will engage over 50 state institutions throughout the week. Each session includes practical demonstrations and interactive discussions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and application.
The initial training sessions were attended by representatives from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Ministry of Culture.
It is noteworthy that the "Project Management" module was developed jointly by CARE and the Center for Information Technologies and Information Management. This initiative was undertaken in accordance with instructions from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan to support the electronic portals "Monitoring and Evaluation Portal of the Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026", "Control and Reporting Portal for the Implementation of the State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories", and "Monitoring and Reporting Module for the Implementation of the State Program on the Socio-Economic Development of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2023-2027".
