Within the Personal Development Program of Reform Volunteers, Sevinj Panahli, assistant to the executive director of the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms, gave interactive training on "Human capital" to Reform Volunteers.

In the training, S. Panahli gave the volunteers extensive information about the factors that form human capital, the results of international reports, development directions, and the State Programs for the development of human capital in Azerbaijan.
