In accordance with the “Rules for placing and financing orders to the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication by state bodies”, approved by Decree No. 1135 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 30 November 2016, an order is placed with the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication regarding Technical-economic feasibility studies and risk analysis of economically-oriented state programs and economic incentive projects, and conducting surveys among interested parties related to those projects.
