Startupers learned the models of access to the international market in the training of "Startup School 2"

Within the framework of the next project "Startup School 2 - AI for Green Solidarity," implemented by the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, in collaboration with the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence and the Ozmen Entrepreneurship Center of the University of Nevada, USA, a training session was dedicated to the topic "Using the Lean Business Model Canvas to prepare your International Expansion." The training was conducted by Paveł Pietrasienski, the program coordinator of the Ozmen Entrepreneurship Center and associate professor of the Market, Marketing, and Quality Department of the Warsaw School of Economics.

The training session focused on the concept of unfair competitive advantage. P. Pietrasienski stressed the importance of critically assessing whether such advantages are sustainable in global markets. He highlighted the complexities of international market access, emphasized the importance of adaptation and continuous integration, provided startups with essential strategies for success, and explained how to improve and leverage their business models to thrive in international markets.
