The second issue of the scientific-analytical journal "Economic Reforms" prepared by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has been published. The first issue of the journal in 2022 contains a commentary on the theoretical and practical significance of the textbook "Economic Growth" in expert preparation by Professor, Doctor of Economics,  Mahabbat Mammadov, the head of the Department of “Business Economics and Management” of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction. Also in this issue of the magazine,  scientific-analytical articles covering hot topics such as "Structural policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan aimed at efficient allocation of resources in Karabakh", "Trade liberalization policy and its impact on the real exchange rate", "Impact of the Zangazur Corridor on prospects for economic relations between CAREC and the EU", "Main causes of global wheat crisis and its impacts on Azerbaijan ”, “ Environmental limits of economic development ”,“ Negative impact of global trends on economies and changes in inflation rate ”,“ New green financial corridors: benefits of green bonds ”,“ Technical regulation system: Economic impact effects and perspective development trends ”,“  "Application of blockchain technology in the field of reception and consideration of  applications of citizens" and "Establishment of an internationally important and independent center for education, research and development (development) to stimulate innovation" have been published.

    It should be noted that since the publication of the first issue of the journal "Economic Reforms", its activities have expanded and the official website of the journal www.journal.ereforms.org has been developed. At the same time, the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) for periodicals has been purchased for the "Economic Reforms" journal.

    It should be noted that the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication informs the public about the reform measures implemented in the country in accordance with its charter, publishes scientific-analytical journals, bulletins, publishes books, articles and other materials. The "Economic Reforms" journal was also prepared in accordance with the objectives of the Center. Mainly articles on economics in Azerbaijani and English are published in the journal.  Also, external authors can submit their scientific-analytical articles to the journal "Economic Reforms".
