A meeting was held with representatives of the Israeli Embassy at CAERC
Vusal Gasimli, The Executive Director of the Center for analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, received Doron Peer, The Deputy Ambassador of Israel in Azerbaijan, and the Economic and trade advisor of the Embassy.
V. Gasimli presented the guests with information about the "Socio-economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2022-2026" and other projects of which the Center is the coordinator.
V. Gasimli spoke about innovations in the field of digital economy and innovation in Azerbaijan. He especially noted the importance of cooperation with Israel, a leading country in the direction of increasing knowledge and experience, which is important in the development of startups. Then, digital portals, such as Azexport.az (https://azexport.az/)and EnterpriseAzerbaijan (https://enterpriseazerbaijan.gov.az/) portals, which contain these innovations and are operated by CAERC, and macro-economic analysis presentations were made about the models applied on.
Deputy Ambassador of Israel to Azerbaijan Doron Peer expressed his satisfaction with the projects and noted that his country is interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan in many fields. He also informed about new projects in the field of economy, trade and innovation.
