The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in partnership with the Turkic Investment Fund, invites scholars, researchers, and policymakers from around the world to contribute to the groundbreaking publication, “Turkic States: Rising Investment Powerhouses.”

This partnership-driven book will explore the economic transformation and growing investment opportunities within the Turkic States, with a particular focus on their evolving role in the global economy. The project supports the strategic goals outlined in the "Turkic World Vision – 2040" and the "Strategy of the Organization of Turkic States for 2022–2026", both adopted by the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

The publication will delve into the investment climate, regional cooperation, infrastructure development, and sector-specific opportunities across the Turkic States. Special attention will be given to free economic zones, green technologies, digital transformation, and cross-border infrastructure projects. It will serve as a comprehensive guide to the region's potential for foreign direct investment.

Co-authors are invited to submit chapters on topics including sustainable energy, public-private partnerships, digital economies, and regional integration. The latter will specifically address approaches to measuring regional integration across the Turkic States and explore how varying levels of integration impact broader development needs. The book will also feature real-world case studies, policy recommendations, and expert insights on enhancing the region's investment appeal.
