Vusala Jafarova made a speech at the International Summer School
Vusala Jafarova, head of the Turkic World Research Center (TWRC) under the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), delivered a lecture at the International Summer School “New Era for the Turkic world” held in Istanbul, Turkiye.
In the presentation on "The role of Azerbaijan uniting the continents in the economic integration of the Turkic World " V.Jafarova gave detailed information to researchers from the Turkic world about Azerbaijan's initiative in the construction of regional oil and gas pipelines as a reliable energy supplier to Europe and its role in ensuring the access of the Caspian Sea basin and the Turkic world to international markets. The head of TWRC brought to the attention of the audience the importance of the Baku International Sea Trade Port and the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway for the Middle Corridor, Azerbaijan's investments in this area as a country located at the intersection of East-West and North-South transport networks, as well as the work done to restore the Zangazur corridor.
Within the framework of the event, Vusala Jafarova held meetings with representatives of the think tanks of Turkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Hungary and presented them with the periodical ""Turkic Economic Outlook” and "Economy of Turkic-speaking Countries" prepared by CAERC.
