Matanat Musayeva, the head of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, and project manager Nazrin Akbarova met with the youth of the Guba-Khachmaz economic district to introduce the "Startup School 2 - AI for Green Solidarity" project. Young entrepreneurs and start-ups of the region took part in the meeting held at "Khachmaz SME House".
At the meeting, M. Musayeva introduced the young people to the work activities of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal and the successes of the "Startup School 1" project. Later, N. Akbarova made a presentation about the acceptance conditions, purpose and opportunities offered to young startups of the "Startup School 2 - AI for Green Solidarity" project and answered the questions of the participants.
A small quiz dedicated to the innovation and startup ecosystem was held with young people at the meeting that coincided with the International Book Donation Day. Young entrepreneur Sabina Mammadova, who participated most actively in the question-and-answer part of the meeting, was presented with the book "Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Startup Ecosystem" developed within the framework of the joint cooperation of CAERC, the University of Nevada, USA, and Baku Engineering University.
In the end, Azer Panahov, SMBDA's Guba-Khachmaz regional coordinator gave recommendations to young people to join the project.
It should be noted that the acceptance of documents for the "StartUp School 2 - AI for Green Solidarity" project, implemented by the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal in the framework of cooperation with the German Artificial Intelligence Research Center and the University of Nevada, USA, began on February 1, 2024, and ended on March 1, 2024. It will last until 17. In order to attract more young people to the project, promotion events of the project are planned in ANAS, leading higher education institutions, SME houses, incubation and acceleration centers. In order to implement the "Startup School 2 - AI for Green Solidarity" project, the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal cooperates with foreign partners and at the same time with 11 prestigious institutions in our country. Among them, KOBIA takes a special place in providing accelerated support to the application of 10 projects for "Startup certificate" and conducting live "Master Class" trainings.
