According to the October issue of the "Export Review" presented by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication in January-October 2022, Azerbaijan's exports amounted to 29,5 billion USD, 2,1 billion USD in the non-oil sector. Exports in the non-oil sector increased by 17 % compared to the first nine months of 2021.

During January-September 2022, the export of chemical industry products increased by 2.4 times, the export of aluminum and products made from it increased by 38%, and the export of ferrous metals and products made from them increased by 20.7%.

The statistical value of the combined export of agricultural and agro-industrial products was 591.5 million US dollars. Fruit and vegetable products exported during January-September 2022 accounted for 92.9% of the group of agricultural products. The added value created by agro-industrial products, which occupies a significant place in the composition of non-oil and gas exports, increased by 17.6% compared to the corresponding period of last year.

Urea (163.5 million US dollars) was the first in the list of non-oil sector goods exported during January-September 2022. In this list, cotton seed (US$147.1 million) was ranked second, and tomato (US$134.3 million) was ranked third.

During January-September 2022, 602.2 million US dollars to the Russian Federation, 511.6 million US dollars to Turkey, 144.6 million US dollars to Georgia, 136.3 million US dollars to the Swiss Confederation, and 63.8 million US dollars to the United States. non-oil sector goods worth million US dollars were exported.

Exports in September 2022 amounted to 3.3 billion US dollars, and exports in the non-oil sector amounted to 231.2 million US dollars. In September 2022, exports of food products increased by 7.4% to 49.7 million US dollars, and exports of non-food products increased by 1.7% to 181.6 million US dollars.

In September 2022, the Russian Federation (US$ 74.6 million) rose to the first place in the list of countries that exported the most goods from the non-oil sector. In this list, Turkey (20.5 million US dollars) was second and Georgia (18.5 million US dollars) was third.

In the list of goods belonging to the non-oil sector exported in September 2022, other substances of primary form formed as a result of polymerization (US$ 21.4 million) were the first, urea (US$ 21.3 million) was the second, and gold (US$ 18.4 million USD) was the third.

"Export Review" compiled a rating of both non-state and state-owned exporting subjects in the non-oil sector in January-September 2022.

The following companies are represented in the top ten in the rating of non-state exporting entities prepared for January-September 2022: "MKT Ishtishlat Kommersiya" LLC, "Azerbaijan International Mining Company Limited Company" Representative Office in the Republic of Azerbaijan, "Baku Steel Company" LLC, "Mors Trading" LLC, "Almeyva", "STP Aluminum" LLC, Shirinov Elvin Valeh oghlu, "P-Agro" LLC, "Rose Servis" LLC, "Shimal AgroPark" LLC.

The list of state-owned companies participating in export operations in the non-oil sector is headed by the "Marketing and Economic Operations Department" of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The following companies are represented in this list: "Socar Polymer" LLC, "Azeraluminium" LLC, "AzerGold" LLC, "Azerpambig Agrarian Industrial Complex" LLC, "Azerenergy" ATSC, "Azerbaijan Airlines" LLC, "Azeripak" LLC, "Department of Geophysics and Geology", State Energy Service of Nakhchivan MR.

In January-September 2022, "Azerkosmos" exported services worth 19.3 million US dollars (satellite telecommunication services and optical satellite services) to 38 countries of the world. Azerkosmos' income from service export made up 82 percent of its total income. In September 2022, "Azercosmos" exported services worth 2.1 million US dollars to 35 countries of the world.

The top five exports of satellite telecommunication and optical satellite services during January-September 2022 are the United Kingdom with 5 million US dollars, France with 3.9 million US dollars, Luxembourg with 3.3 million US dollars, 1.8 million US dollars UAE with USD 1.1 million and Pakistan with USD 1.1 million.

In September 2022, the volume of transactions carried out by foreign citizens using bank cards in our country amounted to 155.5 million manats. In January-September 2022, foreigners made 1.7 billion manat transactions using bank cards.

In January-September 2022, the Azexport.az portal received export orders worth 356.3 million US dollars. In September 2022, the value of export orders entered on the Azexport.az portal amounted to 35.1 million US dollars. In September 2022, the export orders made to the Azexport.az portal included apples, dates, walnuts, tomatoes, dried fruits, butter, engine oil, construction materials, aluminum alloys, wheat bran, rice, pomegranates, nuts, etc. products prevailed. For information, let's note that from January 2017 to September 30, 2022 (within 69 months), the value of export orders received on the Azexport.az portal from 145 countries of the world amounted to 3.048 billion US dollars.

It was also stated in the "Export Review" that in October 2022, the value of non-oil exports carried out through the "One Window" Export Support Center was 19.7 million US dollars.
