Starting from November 2021, the Center for  Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) started publishing the scientific-analytical journal "Economic Reforms".  In the first issue of the journal, scientific-analytical articles covering hot topics such as "Real effective Exchange rate parity in raw material exporting countries: Practice of Azerbaijan " , "Non-oil and gas exports in a pandemic: analysis of the current situation", "The role of monitoring and evaluation in improving public administration", "Strategic development trends in the banking sector", The role of government’s digital transformation in modern economic development ”, Development of digital economy: current state and future prospects of digital economy in Azerbaijan ”,“ Operations management in corporate governance ”, “ New stage of economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey “, ,“ State Control Information System: Digital support for management reforms” and "The role of the self-employment program in socio-economic development in Azerbaijan"  have been published.

It is planned to publish the "Economic Reforms" journal regularly. The journal will mostly cover articles on the economy in Azerbaijani,Russian and English.

Objectives of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication is to develop proposals for realization of economic reforms based on analytical data by conducting analyses and researches on macro - and micro - economic levels directed to ensuring sustainable economic development of the country, as well as prepare mid – and long-term forecasts, provide government authorities and agencies with the same and organize promotion of the achievements made by the Republic of Azerbaijan in various sectors of the economy. CAERC, in accordance to its charter, informs the public about the reform measures implemented in the country, publishes scientific-analytical journals, bulletins, creates a website, publishes books, articles and other materials. The"Economic Reforms" journal has also been prepared in accordance with the objectives of CAERC.
