On the initiative of EU4Digital, an e-commerce consulting center for Azerbaijani companies has been launched
The Azexport.az portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication and the Digital Trade Hub (DTH) partnership and the EU4Digital initiative launched an e-commerce consulting center for local companies in Azerbaijan. The first training intended for local companies has taken place.
Five local companies have been identified to participate in the trainings to be held within the framework of the project. In the trainings, the working principles of giant e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Allegro, Ebay, Otto, ETSY, Bol.com, Zalando, Kaufland, Pigu.It are planned to be taught with real examples by European experts.
It should be noted that the main goal of the project is to exchange experience between European and Eastern Partnership countries in the field of electronic commerce. The exercises cover the months of March, April and May 2023. At the end of the training, the participants will be able to register in international markets, choose the right products for e-commerce and their marketing strategy, provide effective customer service, use logistics, understand the reasons for account or product blocking, legal, tax, logistical and technical issues related to e-commerce. they will acquire knowledge and skills to solve other problems.
