Monitoring and evaluation of the Action Plans of the Working Groups of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings for 2021 has been implemented

The results of monitoring and evaluation of the Action Plans of the working groups of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2021 and the forthcoming tasks for 2022 have been discussed at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

According to the results of monitoring and evaluation in 2021, the issues of incomplete measures and other relevant measures recommended by the monitoring groups have been included in the action plans for 2022. At the same time, it was stressed to increase the effectiveness of coordination between the main executive and other executive bodies, to further strengthen communication between members of working groups. During the discussion, it was noted that the World Bank Group's new project "Business Enabling Environment" envisages conducting initial diagnostics in relevant areas and identifying the necessary measures to be implemented within the action plans of the relevant working groups of the Commission for 2022. Complex measures to further increase the level of awareness and satisfaction of business entities, the organization of public-private dialogue on a digital platform were discussed. The event was attended by representatives of various government agencies and the private sector.

It should be noted that the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings for 2021 has implemented 585 events in more than 35 government agencies and within 16 action plans. More than 20 normative legal acts have been adopted, e-services have been improved and the business environment has been improved.
