Azranking.az: "Business bankruptcy" indicator was discussed with the private sector
The next meeting of the "Business Bankruptcy" working group of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings was convened.
The attendees included representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, the Central Bank, the Bar Association, as well as members from the private sector, such as "Ernst & Young Holdings (CIS) B.V.", "Deloitte & Touche", "PricewaterhouseCoopers Azerbaijan", "Ekvita" companies, and other members of the working group.
During the meeting, an analysis of the current situation regarding the "Business Insolvency" indicator of the "Business Ready" Report by the World Bank Group and the United Nations was conducted in collaboration with representatives from the private sector.
Additionally, there was an emphasis on the necessity of implementing relevant information and education measures among private sector representatives, including consulting companies and business associations. High-level communication efforts were also discussed to increase awareness of the mentioned indicator.
Throughout the meeting, conducted in a collaborative format, representatives from the private sector, particularly those from leading consulting companies, expressed their appreciation for the state-business dialogue and the continuation of reforms aimed at further enhancing the business environment.
