"Azexport", International Trade Center and "EU4Digital" are starting the next e-commerce training
The "azexport.az" portal operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) is starting the next phase of the e-commerce consulting project with the support of the International Trade Center (ITC) and the EU4Digital program. At this stage, five more local companies are given the opportunity to participate in training for access to the European e-commerce market.
The head of "Azexport.az" Aykhan Gadashov said that "Amazon", "Ebay", "Etsy", "Zalando", "Pigu.lt", which have a wide audience in Eastern Partnership countries, will participate in the trainings planned to be held in September-November of the current year, "Allegro", "Otto", "Bol.com" and "Kaufland" huge e-commerce platforms are planned to be taught in detail.
Within the framework of the program, the companies participating in the training are given the opportunity to create a seller account in the European e-commerce markets, develop a marketing strategy for products, provide effective customer service, use logistics facilities, prevent account or product blocking and solve legal, tax, logistical and other problems related to e-commerce.
It should be noted that European experts will conduct the training online in English. Registration is required to join the training.
