Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of CAERC has gave a lecture at Harvard University
Professor Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, gave a lecture as a visiting scholar at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Management. In the lecture entitled "Economic Diversification", Vusal Gasimli explained the formation of economic policy on the basis of strategic planning and flexible management:
"In the process of economic diversification, it is necessary to identify competitive areas based on the value of domestic resources, as well as to optimize the structure of the economy on the basis of output, income and employment multipliers. Economic diversification plays a fundamental role efficiency and sustainable development, as well as fiscal sustainability".
During the lecture, V.Gasimli shared his experience in the field of adoption, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and communication of strategic road maps in Azerbaijan.
