The head of the department of the CAERC presented the book "Middle Corridor" in Budapest

Vusala Jafarova, Head of the Turkic World Research Center under the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), participated in the official opening ceremony of the Ludovika Center for Turkic Studies established at the University of Public Service (Ludovika University) in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

The newly established center is expected to play a significant role in advancing Hungary’s relations with the Turkic world by contributing to the deepening of academic cooperation, strengthening strategic dialogue, and fostering cultural understanding.

As a speaker at the panel discussion titled “Energy, Trade, and Transport Connectivity,” Vusala Jafarova emphasized the growing role of Turkic states in strengthening connectivity across the Eurasian region. She presented CAERC’s newly published book, “The Middle Corridor,” highlighting the corridor’s increasing strategic relevance. She underscored energy cooperation and sustainable trade integration as key directions shaping the future of the Turkic world.

Additionally, Vusala Jafarova held bilateral meetings with representatives of leading think tanks from the Turkic world. To support enhanced academic exchange and joint research initiatives, she presented CAERC’s publication “Economies of the Turkic States,” contributing to the dialogue on closer economic cooperation and scholarly collaboration.
