A training session on "The Role of Soft Skills in Career" was held at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, organized by the "Reform Volunteers" Organization. The training, conducted by soft skills specialist Gulnara Ilham, included not only Reform volunteers but also members of the "Union of Azerbaijan Voluntary Organizations," such as the "One Volunteer" Student Organization, Eco-Volunteers, "Migration Volunteers," "ASAN Volunteers," "SOCAR Volunteers," "Femida Volunteers," and representatives from the "Regional Development" Public Union.
During the session, participants exchanged ideas on topics such as effective communication, corporate style guidelines, crisis management, job search strategies, self-presentation skills, and more. Gulnara Ilham emphasized that, in addition to knowledge and experience, soft skills and effective communication play a crucial role in career advancement across all professional fields.
The interactive session also involved team-based activities, where participants applied their soft skills to handle crisis situations based on given tasks. At the end of the training, volunteers' questions were addressed.
