Vusal Gasimli made a presentation at the IMF's training session at CAERC
Prof. Dr. Vusal Gasimli, the Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication delivered a presentation as part of the "Macroeconomic Analysis/Financial Programming and Policies" training program organized by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The presentation, titled "Medium-Term Cost Framework: Program Management Based on Project Management (Data-Based Management of Azerbaijan)," focused on the "I State Program on the Great Return to the Territories Freed from Occupation of the Republic of Azerbaijan" as a case study. Prof. Gasimli provided insights on electronic accountability and geographic classification within the monitoring and evaluation portals of the Center, specifically addressing the monitoring of the "Project Management" module and evaluation directions for the same module.
It should be noted that 25 representatives from over 10 state institutions are participating in the five-day training program.
