Influential Daily Sabah Newspaper Published an Article on the Development of Karabakh
Turkey’s newspaper Daily Sabah published an article of Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication Vusal Gasimli titled “Baku’s 'Smart' Karabakh Plan Paints a Bright Future”. The article mentions a new development model built in Karabakh.
Azerbaijan has mobilized all its resources and stakeholders to apply the "smart city" and "smart village" systems for the revival of Karabakh. The article, published in English, notes that a smart regional approach is being applied in Karabakh. The approach includes modern urban planning, a response to the challenges of the 4th industrial revolution, foreign capital, and, most importantly, a new governance model.
The article also notes that if a new model of the development of Karabakh is successful, it will be applied in other regions of Azerbaijan.
