İnitial figures for July of the "Export Review” have been announced
According to the July issue of Export Review, presented by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), the total export of Azerbaijan in January–June 2023 was 18 billion US dollars. Exports in the non-oil sector increased by 20.6% compared to the same period in 2022 and amounted to 1.8 billion US dollars. During January–June 2023, food exports amounted to 459.9 million US dollars.
During January–June 2023, exports of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages increased 5.5 times, sugar exports increased by 53.1%, and fruit and vegetable exports increased by 6.8 times.
During January–June 2023, the statistical value of joint exports of agrarian and agro-industrial products increased by 13.1% to 478.2 million US dollars. The value of agro-industrial products, which play an important role in non-oil and gas exports, increased by 54.1% compared to the same period last year to 109.2 million.
Non-oil exports in June 2023 increased by 13.8% compared to the same period last year to 307.6 million US dollars. During June 2023, exports of food products amounted to 4.9%, increasing by 125.5 million and by 20.8% for non-food products to 182.1 million US dollars.
