New Head Appointed to Reform Volunteers Organization
There is a new employee appointed to the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC). By an order of the Executive Director of the CAERC Vusal Gasimli, a specialist of the Communication Department Ismat Vagifzade was appointed as Head of Reforms Volunteers Organization.
It should be mentioned that Ismat Vagifzade worked in the Digital Trade Hub, an innovative project of the CAERC. He also was a human resources manager at the European Student Forum and has an experience as a digital marketing manager. In 2018, he represented the country in Tbilisi in the field of human resources.
I.Vagifzadeh received a bachelor's degree in Economics (Business Informatics) in cooperation with the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and the University of Siegen, Germany. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in e-government at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University. He has also gained participating in Erasmus + exchange programs in Warsaw and Heidelberg.
