CAERC and the University of Nevada will jointly prepare a textbook
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Enterprise Azerbaijan and the Ozmen Entrepreneurship Center of the University of Nevada. According to the agreement, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) and the University of Nevada will jointly prepare a textbook on "Economic Growth – Innovation and Startups". In this regard, a meeting was held with Mehmet Serkan Tosun, director of International Business Programs at the University of Nevada.
The main attractiveness, directions, goals and relevance of the textbook were discussed at the meeting. Co-authors-Professor Mehmet Tosun, associate professor Matanat Musayeva, associate professor Urkhan Seyidov, associate professor Matanat Rasulova and PhD Rashad Huseynov noted that the textbook will contribute to the formation of startup ecosystem in Azerbaijan and will be an important tool for eliminating academic gaps.
Prospects for continuing academic cooperation between the CAERC and the University of Nevada in the future were assessed.
