The CAERC Has Conducted Initial Monitoring and Evaluation of the State Program on Food Security for 2009-2025
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CAERC) has prepared the draft report on monitoring and evaluation of the State Program on Ensuring Food Security in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2025. The monitoring and evaluation will cover the results of the Program implementation during 2020.
For preparation of the report, the Center has studied the world experience and applied some of them, including the achievements of the World Bank, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, UN structure and other international organizations in conducting results-based monitoring and evaluation. After preparation of a results scheme in accordance with the period of State Program implementation (2019-2025), there were identified indicators for initial outcome, intermediate outcome, and expected effects. The Center has taken account the recommendations of the World Bank experts while preparing the monitoring and evaluation report of the State Program. It is considered the first large-scale results-based implementation and evaluation process in the country.
