CAERC has prepared a video overview dedicated to the legacy of Heydar Aliyev
The next video review of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication is dedicated to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, who has made exceptional contributions to the innovative development of Azerbaijan. In the overview entitled "Legacy of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev", the successful activity of the great statesman in the economic and social spheres was divided into several stages and presented over the years, and the main directions of the reform process were shown in detail.
In the "III Industrial Revolution" section, space is devoted to the formation of the national economy under the leadership of H. Aliyev. In the second part covering the years 1982-87, the fields curated by H. Aliyev as the first deputy chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers are listed. The third part, called the "transition period", covers the end of the 1980s and the beginning of the 1990s. Later, there was a period of preparation for the IV Industrial Revolution. This stage, which includes the years 1993-2003, is called "social market model in the independent Republic of Azerbaijan". It is mentioned here that the Great Leader has implemented a new social market model that combines four components.
At the end of the video review, a place was devoted to the successful policy and result-oriented reforms carried out by President Ilham Aliyev since 2003.
