The CAERC Has Participated at the Meeting of the Working Group on Commodity Market Efficiency and Competition
The Working Group on Commodity Market Efficiency and Competition of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings has held a meeting. The meeting covered the discussion on the state of implementation of tasks stemming from the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No.1376 of 22 June 2021 “On the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No.330-VIQD of 27 May 2021 “On the Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurement”, as well as on the Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurement No.668 of 29 January 2002 and Regulations on the single internet portal of public procurement approved by the Decree No.647 dated 16 April 2019”. Head of the Department of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CAERC) Rashad Huseynov participated at the meeting of the Working Group and provided information on the work done.
