Rashad Huseynov, deputy executive director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, spoke at the international seminar organized by the Asian Development Bank Institute in Tokyo together with Stanford University. Rashad Huseynov made presentations at the seminar on "Creating a Digital Trade Hub: the example of Azerbaijan" and "Managing reforms in the field of socio-economic development: the example of Azerbaijan" and answered questions in a series of discussions related to the presentations.
