CAERC was awarded an international award in the "Technology" nomination by "World Business Outlook"
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has been recognized as the winner in the "Technology" category at the World Business Annual Awards 2025, organized by the international media organization World Business Outlook based in the United Arab Emirates.
The Center received this prestigious award for its achievements in the broad application of digital technologies in public administration, the development of innovative platforms, and the implementation of result-oriented management approaches.
Among the key criteria for the award were CAERC’s establishment of a functional digital platform for monitoring and evaluating state programs on the instruction of the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as its effective use of artificial intelligence, data analytics, geographic information technologies, video surveillance systems, and other advanced tools in project management.
The "Technology" category included both public and private institutions from various countries and regions. This recognition confirms CAERC’s leadership position in the field of global technological governance.
The Center’s achievement demonstrates that the successes of Azerbaijan in the sphere of digital governance have been internationally acknowledged, and that the economic reforms, digital transformation processes, and initiatives aimed at enhancing transparency and efficiency in planning and budget execution under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev have been highly valued.
At present, the modern management model implemented by CAERC is regarded globally as exemplary, innovative, and sustainable.
