Ayaz Museyibov
Deputy Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of Republic of Azerbaijan
On December 13, 1992, he was born in the Khachmaz district of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Education
In 2010-2014, bachelor's degree in Finance at Azerbaijan State Economic University.
In 2014-2017, master's degree in Financial Management at Azerbaijan State Economic University.
In 2021, he received an executive education in "Fintech and Regulatory Innovations" at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom, sponsored by the Asian Development Bank.
In 2020-2021, he completed a specialized program in "Financial Programming: Macroeconomic Analysis" for government officials at the International Monetary Fund Institute.
In 2020-2024, he received his doctoral degree in General Economics from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Pedagogical Activities
Starting in 2021, he has been engaged in pedagogical activities in the master's programs of Azerbaijan Technical University, Azerbaijan State Economic University, and other higher education institutions in the fields of Strategic Management, Project Management, and General Management.
He is the co-author of 4 books published in the United States, Italy, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Belgium, China, and other countries, and the author of more than 100 scientific and publicistic articles.
Labor Activity
In 2015-2016, he worked as a junior specialist in the Centralized Credit Registry Service of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
From 2016 to 2018, he worked as a junior specialist in the Banking Supervision Department of the Financial Markets Supervision Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2018-2019, he served as a leading specialist in the Business Development Department of the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau.
From 2019 to 2020, he held the position of Chief Analyst in the Impact Assesment Department of Effectiveness at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
In 2020-2022, he worked head of the Strategic Planning and Development Department.
In 2022-2023, he worked as the head of the Analysis and Monitoring Department at the Analysis and Coordination Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.
From October 2023, he was an Advisor to the Executive director, from August 2024, he is Deputy executive director at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
He is a graduate of the U.S. Department of State's International Leadership Exchange Program, specializing in 'Smart Politics: Data Analytics in 21st Century Public Policy.'
He has worked as a national consultant on international projects implemented by various organizations, including the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the United Nations International Organization for Migration (IOM), the Asian Development Bank Institute, and the Asian Development Bank, among others.
He is fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
He is married and has a child.
