She was born on December 17, 1998 in Baku.

Education
In 2016, she got a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Business Informatics) in cooperation with Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and Zigen University of Germany.
In 2018, she participated in the Regional Training Course on HRM held in Tbilisi, Georgia.
In 2018-2019, she participated in Erasmus+ exchange programs in Warsaw and Heidelberg.
In 2022-2023, she got a master’s degree at the MBA program in E-governance at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.

Labor activity 
In 2018-2019, human resources manager at AEGEE-Baki European Students Forum.
In 2019, the organizer of international “Winter University” and “Summer School” projects of AEGEE-Baki.
In 2020, intern in the digital marketing department during the “Bravo Praktikum Internship" Program.
Since 2021, she has been the head of the “Reform Volunteers” Organization of CAERC.

In 2021-2023 she was a media specialist in the Communication Department of the Center for Analysis for Economic Reforms and Communication. After the structural reforms in February 2023, she is Head of the Digital Trade Hub at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

In 2021, she volunteered at the Digital Trade Hub of CAERC.

She speaks Azerbaijani ,English and A1 level German.
She is married.
