He was born on February 16, 1999 in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Education

In 2016-2020, bachelor's degree in economics at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2021-2023, master's degree in business organization and management at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Labor activity

In 2022,  specialist in Bank of Baku OJSC.

From July 2024, he started working as chief advisor in the Monitoring and evaluation division of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

He has expertise and experience in product management, analytics, visualization.

He has proficiency in SQL query language and BI applications.

He speaks Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
