He was born on March 25, 1991 in Agjabadi, Azerbaijan.

Education

In 2008-2012, bachelor's degree in tax organization and management of the finance faculty at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

In 2015-2017, master's degree in accounting and auditing at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

In 2018-2022, he received doctoral studies in the domestic fiscal policy and public finance at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Pedagogical activity

In 2018, teacher at the "Business Management" department at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

Since 2022, he has been working as a senior lecturer at the "Economics and Management of Business" department at Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

He is an author of more than 15 scientific articles and theses published in local and international journals.

Labor activity

In 2016, inspector at the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan,

In 2016-2020, consultant and leading consultant in the sector of finance of agrarian fields and environment of the department of Finance of economic fields in the Administration of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan,

In 2020-2023, he worked in the Administration of the Ministry of Finance as the head of the finance sector of state-owned and controlled state-owned institutions of the Department of Finance of Economic Areas.

Since June 2024, he has been working as a sector director of  Evaluation of efficiency sector in the Monitoring and evaluation division of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

He knows Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.

He is married and has 2 children.
