In 2003-2005, master's degree in international economic relations at Baku Business University,

In 2006-2008, he studied at the Center for Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Economic Development.

In 1998-2001, leading engineer, chief operator at the Sumgayit Surfactant Plant.

In 2002-2008, economist, leading economist and leading expert at the Center for Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Economic Development.

In 2003-2006, researcher-expert at the Center for Local Economic Development,

In 2008, researcher-expert at the Public Funds Monitoring Center,

In 2009-2024, he worked as a senior specialist and department head in the Financial Monitoring Service.

From March 2024, he was as a chief adviser of the Economic analysis division at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, from June he has been working as the Sector director of the Monitoring of sectoral programs of the Center.

He speaks  Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.

He is married and has 2 children.
