She was born on December 17, 1993 in Ganja.

Education

In 2010-2014, bachelor's degree at faculty of International economic relations at the Azerbaijan State Economic University.
In 2014-2016, master's degree in international economic relations of faculty of Economics and management at Qafqaz University.
In 2017-2020 she studied for doctoral degree in general economics at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

Labor activity
In 2013, intern at the Economic Development and Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
In 2018-2023, worked as a teacher of the Management Department of the Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management.
From June 2023, she was a senior advisor of the Strategic planning division, since August she was a chief advisor of the Economic analysis division and since November she is Deputy head of the Monitoring and evaluation division at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
She is author of more than 20 articles and theses published in local and international press.
She is able to work with "Eviews", "Stata" and SPSS programs.

She is fluent in Azerbaijani, Turkish, English and Russian. 
She is married and has 3 children.
