He was born on October 28, 1988 in Sumgait.

Education

In 2007-2011, bachelor's degree in management at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy (now Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University);

In 2012-2014, master's degree in business management (MBA) at Qafqaz University (now Baku Engineering University);

In 2015-2017, he received doctoral studies at the Institute for Scientific Research on Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Economy.

In 2022, the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of Republic of Azerbaijan awarded him a PhD in economics.

He is currently a doctoral student at the Economic Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Pedagogical activity

Since 2020, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Economics and Statistics of Azerbaijan Technical University.

He is the author of more than 20 scientific articles and theses published in local and international journals.

Labor activity

In 2011-2022, specialist, senior specialist, senior researcher, head of department at the Institute for Scientific Research on Economic Reforms of the Ministry of Economy;

From September 2022 to July 2023, he worked as a senior specialist in the Analysis and Research Department of the Labor Market and Social Protection Research Department of the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

Since July 2023, he was a chief advisor of the Economic analysis division and since August he has been working as the Deputy head of the Economic analysis division at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

He speaks Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish languages.

He is married and has 2 children.
