She was born on May 23, 1976.

Education

Bachelor of history-Diplomacy at Baku State University

2001-certified as a qualified manager in business and management at the University of Manchester;

In 2006-2008, she received an MBA degree in finance in the MBA program of the Asian Development Bank.

In 2009, she graduated from the Government Education Program on Public Finance Management at Harvard University, Kennedy School Government;

In 2012-2016 she studied PhD in econometrics at the Institute for Scientific Research on economic reforms under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.

Labor Activity

Economist at "Minale Tattersfield Co" in London in 2001;

1997-2001-managing director at "Memar Co" in Baku;

Also on implementation of partnership and Cooperation Agreement between EU and Azerbaijan in 2002-2003

In 2002 she worked as a project expert on the implementation of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and Azerbaijan at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,

In 2003-2005 she worked as a adviser in the department of Investments and international economic cooperation of the Ministry of Economy, cooperation with international financial institutions

In 2005-2008, she was appointed advisor to the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank by the Government of Azerbaijan.

In 2009-2011, the Ministry of Economy supported the EU project on economic diversification and trade liberalization and accession to the WTO.;

2011-2013-chief economist at USAID's” Azerbaijan competitiveness and Trade " Project

In 2016-2020, she was the strategic analysis and planning manager of the Center for Analysis and Communication of Economic Reforms.

In 2020-2022, she was head of the Projects Department at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. In February 2023, as a result of structural reforms, the Projects department was abolished. For this reason, she was appointed the chief advisor of the Strategic planning division of CAERC.

Since April 2024, she is the Head of the Turkic World Research Center of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

She knows Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.

She is married and has 2 children.
