He was born on December 31, 1990 in the city of Guba, Republic of Azerbaijan.

Education

He graduated from Odessa National Academy of Communications - University of Economics with a bachelor degree in enterprise economics management.

He graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a master degree in organization and management of civil service.

He is studying for a doctorate at the Center for Agrarian Research of the Republic of Azerbaijan, majoring in "Directions for improving the mechanism of export of agricultural products on the basis of digital transformation."

Pedagogical activity

Since 2022, he has been teaching in SABAH groups of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
