The next thematic meeting was held to discuss the Global Innovation Index Report for 2023
A meeting was held at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) to discuss the sub-indicators of the Global Innovation Index (GII) of which the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is the main executive.
Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings, Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, Ministry of Economy, Intellectual Property Agency, State Statistics Committee, CAERC and other government institutions participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, the position of the relevant sub-indicators for which the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is responsible in the GII 2023 Report, comparative analysis of the Report with 2022, measures taken to improve indicators, as well as steps to be taken to further advance the country's position in the next Report were discussed and relevant decisions have been made.
At the same time, the importance of continuous research of sub-indicators included in GII and their methodologies was emphasized.
