Training Held for Representatives of Local Companies Engaged in the Production, Processing, and Export of Cotton, Tobacco, and Silk Products
A training session on the use of the Azexport.az internet portal was held at the Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication Center (ERACC) for representatives of local companies engaged in the production, processing, and export of cotton, tobacco, and silk products.
It should be noted that, within the framework of the Action Plans for the implementation of the State Programs on the development of cotton growing, tobacco growing, cocoon production, and silk farming, the Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication Center, together with the Ministries of Agriculture and Economy, has been assigned the task of placing information about local companies engaged in the production, processing, and export of cotton, tobacco, and silk products on the unified database portal of goods produced in Azerbaijan (Azexport.az). Nearly 30 representatives of local companies participated in the event organized to ensure the implementation of these three programs and were provided with detailed information about the Azexport.az internet portal.
Ayxan Gədəşov, Manager of the Azexport.az internet portal, delivered a presentation during the training and explained to company representatives the procedure for uploading their products to the portal.
Dr. Ramil Huseyn, Head of the Strategic Planning and Development Department of ERACC, and Dr. Zaur Gardashov, Head of the Azexport.az internet portal, answered the questions raised by the company representatives.
Following the training, the representatives of local companies engaged in the production, processing, and export of cotton, tobacco, and silk products were introduced to the “One-Stop” Export Support Center.
