The Cabinet of Ministers has issued a Decree on the development of the forensic expertise sector
To ensure the implementation of the Presidential Decree approving the “Concept for the Development of the Forensic Expertise Sector in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026–2030,” the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has adopted a relevant Decree.
According to the Decree, specific tasks related to the implementation of the measures envisaged in the Concept have been assigned to the relevant state bodies, and implementation timelines have been determined. The Ministry of Justice, as the main implementing authority, will submit proposals on a number of sub-measures to the Cabinet of Ministers.
By Decree of the Prime Minister, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC) has been tasked with establishing a dedicated module within the Unified Electronic Reporting Portal to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Concept. Based on the monitoring results, annual reports will be submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers.
