Alex Kaplun, president of the Israel-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Gulmiya Ashirova, the operations manager of chamber, visited the Incubation and Acceleration aquarium of the EnterpriseAzerbaijan portal, visiting the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.
