The second issue for 2023 of the scientific-analytical journal "Economic Reforms" by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication has been published. This issue of the magazine contains 11 articles on various topics:

In addition to the articles mentioned in this issue of the journal, there was also an article written by professor Mahish Ahmadov about the textbook "Digital economy" jointly prepared by the employees of the National Aviation Academy and the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication.

The dynamics of growth in the number of articles submitted for publication in the scientific-analytical magazine "Economic Reforms" is observed. The editorial board of the journal first of all decides to publish the most relevant ones and the ones positively evaluated by the reviewers.

Scientific-analytical journal "Economic Reforms" was included in the list of periodical scientific publications (on economic sciences) recommended for publication of scientific articles by the High Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
